  • Facebook User ID

How to Request Data Deletion

You have multiple options to delete your data:

1Automatic Deletion via Facebook

  1. 1. Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy
  2. 2. Click on "Settings"
  3. 3. Navigate to "Apps and Websites"
  4. 4. Find "Yaay" in your connected apps
  5. 5. Click "Remove" to revoke access and delete your data

2Delete Your Yaay Account

  1. 1. Log in to your Yaay account
  2. 2. Go to your Profile Settings
  3. 3. Navigate to "Account Settings"
  4. 4. Click "Delete Account"
  5. 5. Confirm deletion - all your data will be permanently removed

3Contact Us Directly

Send an email to our support team with your data deletion request:

Subject: Facebook Data Deletion Request

Please include your registered email address or Facebook User ID to help us locate your data.

What Happens After You Request Deletion?

  • ⏰
    Immediate: Your access to Yaay via Facebook Login will be revoked
  • 🗑️
    Within 24-48 hours: Your data will be permanently deleted from our systems
  • ✅
    Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete

Additional Information

Note: Deleting your Facebook data from Yaay will not delete:

  • Your Facebook account or data stored by Facebook
  • Any orders or transactions you've made (required for legal and accounting purposes)
  • Communications you've had with our customer support team
